There are certain foods which can help protect your body from constant EMF exposure as well, and these include pecans, pomegranates, asparagus, prunes, blueberries, walnuts, broccoli, dates, cauliflower, spirulina, and noni fruit. Some herbs also serve as great protection, such as cilantro, basil, rosemary, and spices such as cinnamon.
